How do I give myself Loom in Minecraft?: Enable cheats (or use OP on a server), open chat with T or /, paste /give @p minecraft:loom 1 and press Enter. The item appears in your inventory immediately.
Does the Loom give command work on Bedrock Edition?: Yes — use /give @p loom 1. Bedrock omits the "minecraft:" namespace prefix. Enchantments must be added separately with /enchant after giving the item.
