mob_griefing

Enable mob_griefing
Mobs can interact with and modify blocks — creepers destroy terrain, endermen move blocks, withers break blocks (default behavior).

Disable mob_griefing
Mobs cannot modify blocks. Creepers explode but deal only entity damage. Endermen can't pick up blocks. Withers can't break blocks. Villagers can't harvest crops.
