Loyalty Enchantment Command

Copy the /enchant command for Loyalty in Minecraft Java 26.2 and Bedrock 26.32. All levels and a pre-enchanted /give variant are shown below.

Hold a compatible item before running. /enchant cannot exceed the enchantment's normal max level.

Loyalty I

Java/enchant @p minecraft:loyalty 1

Bedrock/enchant @p loyalty 1

Loyalty II

Java/enchant @p minecraft:loyalty 2

Bedrock/enchant @p loyalty 2

Loyalty III

Java/enchant @p minecraft:loyalty 3

Uses the 1.21.5+ flat component syntax. For Bedrock, give the item first then use /enchant @p loyalty 3 while holding it.

Thrown tridents return to you after hitting. Higher levels return faster. Mutually exclusive with Riptide.

How do I get Loyalty in Minecraft?: Hold a compatible item and run /enchant @p minecraft:loyalty 3 (Java) or /enchant @p loyalty 3 (Bedrock). Alternatively, use the /give command above to spawn a pre-enchanted item directly into your inventory.
What is the max level of Loyalty?: The maximum level is Loyalty III (level 3). Using /give you can technically set any integer, but levels above 3 don't add further benefit in most cases.
Does the Loyalty command work in Bedrock Edition?: Yes. On Bedrock use /enchant @p loyalty 3 while holding a compatible item. Bedrock omits the "minecraft:" namespace prefix.
