Gives you Haste II indefinitely, roughly doubling your mining speed — equivalent to an active Haste II beacon without building one. Combine with Efficiency V on your pickaxe for near-instant block breaking. Amplifier 1 = Haste II; lower to 0 for Haste I if preferred.
