Add Channeling to a trident to summon lightning on hit during storms
✅ Verified for Java 26.2 · Bedrock 26.32 — checked June 2026Applies Channeling (a single-level enchantment) to the trident you are holding, so a thrown trident that hits a target during a thunderstorm summons a lightning bolt on it. Channeling only fires under an open sky during a storm. It is mutually exclusive with Riptide but stacks with Loyalty. Hold the trident first.

How to use
- Open chat (T on Java, / on Bedrock).
- Hold the trident you want to enchant.
- Run /enchant @s channeling 1.
- During a thunderstorm, hit a mob with the thrown trident to call lightning.
